Your included mileage
Every journey includes 120 km per booking day.
Your mileage allowance is pooled across your entire journey, so you don't need to stay within exactly 120 km on any single day.
The 840 km can be used flexibly across the journey: one day may be more than 120 km and another less, as long as the whole journey stays within the total included allowance.

One vehicle, one price: the cost is shared by your group, not charged separately to each traveller. Your final price depends on the vehicle you choose and the number of travel days.
120 km per travel day is included. If your journey exceeds the included distance, additional kilometres are charged at the rate shown above.
Your distance stays transparent. Your vehicle's odometer readings are updated in your Travel Dashboard throughout the journey, so you can follow the actual distance travelled.

One daily rate
You pay a fixed daily rate for your chosen private vehicle and driver. The price is for the entire vehicle, not per person.
120 km included per day
Every travel day includes 120 km, added to your total trip allowance. For example, a 10-day trip includes 1,200 km across the entire journey.
Extra charges only if needed
An additional per-kilometre charge applies only when your total journey exceeds the included distance. Most normal Sri Lanka itineraries stay within the allowance.
Day Experiences
Day Experiences are private single-day trips and use a different pricing system from our multi-day journeys.
For one-day trips, you are charged based on the actual distance travelled, using a fixed per-kilometre rate for your chosen vehicle.

The price shown for a Day Experience is an estimate based on the planned route. During your journey, your vehicle's odometer readings are updated in your Travel Dashboard, allowing you to follow the actual distance travelled. Your final price is calculated using the actual kilometres travelled.

Pricing questions
Does the price include hotels?
No. Accommodation is not included, allowing travellers to choose hotels based on their preference.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Our prices are based on the vehicle you choose, not the number of passengers. You can travel with up to the vehicle's stated capacity for the same vehicle price.
What happens if I exceed the included distance?
Additional kilometres are available when the journey goes beyond the included distance.
How is the distance tracked during my trip?
Your vehicle's odometer reading is recorded throughout the trip and updated in your Travel Dashboard, so you can clearly track the distance travelled.
Can I change my journey after booking?
Yes. SelFly journeys are flexible. Small changes can usually be adjusted depending on time, distance and practical conditions.
Can I choose different travel durations?
Yes. Adjust your travel days and the pricing will update accordingly.
